Eric Berlin graduated from the University of Michigan in 2010 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and History. Mr. Berlin received his Juris Doctorate degree from Michigan State University College of Law, graduating Cum Laude in 2013. While at Michigan State University College of Law, Mr. Berlin was on the Dean’s List for high academic achievement in 2011, 2012, and 2013, as well as being a competitor on the Moot Court & Trial Advocacy Board, a participant in the Trial Institute Certification Program, president of the Jewish Legal Society, and a member of the International Law Review, where he was published for his work entitled “The Israeli Supreme Court’s Targeted Killings Judgment: A Reaffirmation of the Rule of Law During War,” 21 Mich. St. Int’l L. Rev. 517. Mr. Berlin was admitted to the State Bar of Michigan 2013.
Mr. Berlin’s practice consists of commercial litigation, transactional work, business formation and legal issues. Mr. Berlin also provides financial crisis management counseling to businesses and individuals.
